Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Service Provider is Canada Post. To track your shipment, use the tracking information provided to track the location of your parcel on Canada Post website. Once your shipment has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 Please enter your full and complete shipping address when placing orders. Include unit numbers and postal codes. We will not be able to update your shipping address if you enter it incorrectly. If you mistakenly entered the wrong address, reply to your order confirmation with the corrected address and ORDER NUMBER within 24 hours. Once it has been shipped, no more changes can be made. 


All orders within Canada are shipped for a flat rate fee of $15. 

 International shipping fees vary according to weight and distance. Please contact us for international shipping rates.


Use local pick up at check out for curb side pick ups within Durham region.


Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of placing the order. 


Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, it can no longer be returned due to health and safety concerns. The safety of our clientele is our utmost priority.
